As an ASHA, I want a monthly CAC (Comprehensive Abortion Care) Form to be automatically generated based on abortion case visit entries, so that I can download and submit it for documentation and claim eligible incentives.
Incentive calculation:
- Family Planning → S. No. 47:
"For motivating PAIUCD after abortion", ₹150 per eligible case.
Acceptance Criteria
- CAC Form Generation Logic
- The form must be auto-generated for every month.
- Should include all abortion case visits recorded within the selected month.
- Data Source
- Pulled from abortion case data entered under the ANC Visit section.
- Fields in the CAC Form (in the given order):
