As an ASHA, I want to be able to add, view, and edit abortion case visit data as part of ANC visit tracking, so that I can ensure complete documentation and claim incentives related to post-abortion contraception.
Incentive Logic
Post-Abortion Contraception (PAIUCD)
- Condition: If field Post Abortion Contraception = "Yes"
- Incentive: ₹150 per abortion case
- Reference: Incentive Master Claim Form → Family Planning → S. No. 47 → "For motivating PAIUCD"
Acceptance Criteria
Add, View, Edit Functionalities:
- Add: Allow new data entry for Abortion Case Visit.
- View: Display existing entries with all details.
- Edit: Allow modification of any entered data (except read-only fields).
