1. If the field "Abortion" is set to "No" or is empty, the "Abortion Type" field remains optional.
2. If the field "Abortion" is set to "Yes", the "Abortion Type" field becomes mandatory.
3. The "Abortion Type" field should have the following selectable options:

• Induced
• Spontaneous
• Incomplete

1. Appropriate validation message should appear if "Abortion" is "Yes" and no "Abortion Type" is selected.
