1. Observe that a duplicate beneficiary record is created after linking.

1. Also observe that the same ABHA number appears linked with multiple different beneficiaries.

Expected Result:

• ABHA should be uniquely linked to only one beneficiary.

• No duplicate record should be created after linking ABHA.

Actual Result:

• Duplicate beneficiary is created post-ABHA linking.

• Same ABHA number is linked with multiple beneficiary records.
