      In the Child Immunization module, the call icon is missing from the UI, and the call functionality is not working

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to the Child Immunization module.
      1. View the list of beneficiaries.
      1. Observe that the call icon is not displayed.
      1. Attempt any action related to initiating a call — no functionality is available.

      Expected Result:

      • A call icon should be visible next to each record where a valid mobile number is present.
      • Tapping the icon should initiate a call using the device's dialer.

      Actual Result:

      • No call icon is visible.
      • No call action is triggered, even if the number is present.
