Call Icon Not Visible for Any Record in All Household Module

      In the All Household module, the call icon is missing for all beneficiary records. 

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to the All Household module.
      1. View the list of household or beneficiary records.
      1. Observe that no call icon is displayed next to any record.

      Expected Result:
      A call icon should be visible next to each record (if a valid phone number exists) to allow direct dialing.

      Actual Result:
      No call icon is shown for any household or member record.
