Welcome SMS Not Received After Completing Beneficiary Registration

      After successfully completing the beneficiary registration process, the Welcome SMS that is supposed to be sent to the registered mobile number is not being received by the user. 

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Register a new beneficiary with a valid mobile number.
      1. Complete and submit the registration form.
      1. Check the registered mobile number for the Welcome SMS.
      1. Observe that no SMS is received.

      Expected Result:
      A Welcome SMS should be triggered and delivered to the beneficiary’s registered mobile number immediately after successful registration.

      Actual Result:
      No SMS is received post-registration.
