SMS notifications for ANC Due (under Maternal Health → ANC Visits) and Immunization Due (under Child Immunization) are not being received on the registered mobile numbers of the beneficiaries.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Register a beneficiary with a valid mobile number.

1. Record ANC schedule or immunization due dates.

1. Wait for the system-scheduled SMS to be triggered.

1. Observe that no SMS is received on the mobile number.

Expected Result:
SMS alerts/reminders should be sent to the registered mobile number when:

• An ANC visit is due (for pregnant women).

• A child immunization is due (based on schedule).

Actual Result:
No SMS is received despite due dates being recorded and schedules being in place.
