1. Locate the "Sanitary Napkin Distributed" section.

1. Observe that no date input field is available for recording the distribution date.

Expected Result:
There should be a date picker/input field to record the date of sanitary napkin distribution.

Actual Result:
The field exists but lacks any input option for the date
