"Referred To" Field Auto-Populating with Beneficiary ID in General OPD Care List

      In the General OPD Care List accessed from the Home Page, the "Referred To" field is getting auto-populated with the same value as the Beneficiary ID, which is incorrect.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to the Home Page.
      1. Click on General OPD Care List.
      1. Open a beneficiary record and check the "Referred To" field.
      1. Observe that the field is pre-filled with the Beneficiary ID instead of the correct referral destination.

      Expected Result:

      The "Referred To" field should be Auto-filled with the correct referral destination

      Actual Result:
      "Referred To" field displays the Beneficiary ID incorrectly.
