In the TB Screening module, after adding a member to a household, the household name is displayed on every patient card, instead of showing the individual beneficiary's name.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add a new member under a household.

1. Navigate to the TB Screening module.
2. Check the individual cards displayed after addition.

1. Observe that the household name is shown on each card, rather than the individual's name.

Expected Result:
Each patient card should display the individual beneficiary's name.

Actual Result:
All cards display the household name, regardless of the individual.
