As an ASHA I am the first informer to report about Child death my community to the relevant authorities. So that Child death can reported from these three sections, edit Beneficiary, HBNC and HBYC.
When Child death is reported from any one of these above three sections, then CDR report should be auto-updated in the Death Reports section.

Refer to the BRD for CDR report, auto populate/ prefill all the details available in the CDR form and allow to upload the supporting files.

Incentive: ASHA is eligible for an incentive amount Rs. 100 (per case) for reporting Child death, under the “Child Health” section activity, S. No. 5, "Child Death Reporting".
