In the High Risk Assessment module, during the follow-up of HRP cases (for both pregnant and non-pregnant women).

When mandatory fields are left blank and the user tries to submit the form, the system correctly highlights the missing fields in red, after filling in the required fields and attempting to submit the form again, the submission still fails.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the High Risk Assessment module.

1. Start a follow-up form for a pregnant/non-pregnant HRP case.

1. Leave one or more mandatory fields blank and try to submit.

1. System highlights those fields in red (as expected).

1. Fill in the highlighted fields.

1. Try submitting the form again.

1. Observe that submission fails

Expected Result:
Once the mandatory fields are corrected, the form should successfully submit.

Actual Result:
Submission fails even after correcting the errors.
