      1. Eligible Women Registration: In some cases, even after filling all mandatory fields, the "Register" button remains disabled. Additionally, during registration, if the EW has a child, the application does not allow registration. However, if we enter "zero child" in that field, the registration proceeds successfully. This needs immediate correction as it affects data accuracy.
      2. ANC Visit Entry: For certain PW, the ANC visit date cannot be entered in the app. Even after selecting the date, the system does not save the entry.
      3. Micro Birth Plan Module: After preparing and saving the Micro Birth Plan, the data appears correctly initially. However, after a few days, when we reopen the same record, the system shows "nil" instead of the saved details. This may lead to loss of critical planning information for field follow-up.
