1. Log in to the FLW application with valid credentials
2. Register a female beneficiary with reproductive status( as a pregnant woman)
3. In the maternal health- while adding ANC visits

Expected behavior- It should be open to select the fields and submit.
Current Behavior- For some of the beneficiaries, (ANC date) calendar is not opening. Due to that not able to add ANC visit and submit for that beneficiary.
