Eligible Women Registration: In some cases, even after filling in all mandatory fields, the "Register" button remains disabled.MicrosoftTeams-video (5).mp4

1. Log in to the FLW application with valid credentials
2. Register a female beneficiary with reproductive status( as a eligible couple)
3. In the eligible couple list- while doing eligible couple registration

Expected behavior- After selecting all the fields, it should be submitted.
Current Behavior- Eligible couple registration is not submitting.
