Beneficiary Records Not Syncing After Mobile Data Turned ON, Including During Manual Sync

      Two beneficiaries were registered while mobile data was OFF. After turning mobile data or Wi-Fi ON, the records did not sync automatically.
      Even after tapping the "Manual Sync" option, the records remained unsynced.

      Furthermore, when new beneficiaries were registered while already connected to the internet, those records also did not sync

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Register 2 beneficiaries with mobile data/Wi-Fi turned OFF.
      1. Turn ON mobile data/Wi-Fi.
      1. Wait for auto-sync or click on Manual Sync.
      1. Observe that previously registered records do not sync.
      1. Now register a new beneficiary while online.
      1. Observe that new records also do not sync.

      Expected Result:

      • Offline records should sync automatically when internet is restored.
      • Manual Sync should push unsynced data.
      • New registrations done while online should sync immediately.

      Actual Result:

      • Offline records remain unsynced even after manual sync.
      • New records also fail to sync while online.
