Update the system/application default language from the current setting to Assamese and change logo in respective language.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Default language for all new users is set to Assamese.

• All default UI labels, messages, and system notifications should appear in Assamese.

• Language toggle remains available for users to change language if needed.

• Verify language setting in all relevant environments
