After ABHA is created some times ABHA is not showing on the card

      After ABHA is created, some times ABHA is not showing on the card
      there is a old process of calling one API to show the ABHA on the card, now ABHA is created at mobile, save the ABAH in local db and show the ABHA on the card.
      remove unnecessary calling of API: healthID/getBenhealthID
