Sync Issue and Blink Issue in New Build (V2.2.3)

      There is a sync and Blink Issue (In card) in ANC, Delivery module with same User in three different devices.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open the app.
      2. Go to ANC/Delivery Outcome module.
      3. Observe the sync issue.

      Expected Behaviour:

      Sync should happen.

      Actual Behaviour:

      Sync not happening.
