Sync and ABHA issue in Old build (V2.2.1)

      1. Sync is not working on my device in the PNC module, However, when Shashank tested on his device, the sync functioned correctly.
      2. In ABHA search when entering an incorrect OTP or using the "Resend OTP" option, the system throws the following error:
        “Invalid Response, Please try again.”

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Login to FLW application
      2. Go yo PNC module and observe that sync is not happening.
      3. Go to All beneficiary module.
      4. Try to search the ABHA with phone number and send the OTP.
      5. Enter Incorrect OTP then observe the error “Invalid Response, Please try again.”
      6. Click on Resend OTP and * then observe the error *“Invalid Response, Please try again.”

      Expected Behaviour:

      The sync should happen in PNC module and should get proper pop-up when entering incorrect OTP and Resend OTP case.

      Actual Behaviour:

      The sync should not happening in PNC module and not getting proper pop-up when entering incorrect OTP and Resend OTP case instead getting error as “Invalid Response, Please try again.”
