Environment:
The logic for the "Select All" checkbox in the Immunization Module is not functioning as expected. When the user selects the "Select All" checkbox, it does not correctly select or deselect all the individual checkboxes. This is causing inconvenience and incorrect selections within the module.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Navigate to the Immunization Module.
- Locate the "Select All" checkbox (typically at the top of the list).
- Select the "Select All" checkbox.

- Beneficiaries Moving Incorrectly: All beneficiaries in the NCD Eligible List are being moved to the "screened" or "non-screened" sections, even if they have not been screened yet.
- Year Dropdown Issue: The "Select Year" dropdown is not functioning correctly, and it is not filtering the beneficiaries by age as expected.
- Voice Search Issue: The voice search functionality is not working as expected and it is not clickable.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Navigate to the NCD Module and open the NCD Eligible List.
- Observe that all beneficiaries are being automatically moved to either the "screened" or "non-screened" sections despite not having been screened.
- Test the "Select Year" dropdown and verify that it is not filtering beneficiaries based on their age correctly.
- Test the voice search functionality it is not clickable.
Expected Behavior:
- Only beneficiaries that have been screened should appear in the "screened" section, and those who have not been screened should remain in the "non-screened" section.
- The "Select Year" dropdown should filter beneficiaries according to their age correctly.
- The voice search should function as expected and return relevant results.
Actual Behavior:
- All beneficiaries are moved to the "screened" or "non-screened" sections even if they haven’t been screened.
- The "Select Year" dropdown is not filtering based on age.
- The voice search is not working or returning relevant results.
