      In the Maternal Health Child Registration module, after successfully registering a child, the system continues to prompt the user to register the child again. Additionally, the "Register" button remains highlighted in red, indicating that the registration process is incomplete or incorrect.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to the Maternal Health Child Registration module.
      1. Register a child by filling in all the required details.
      1. Complete the registration and submit the form.
      1. The system still prompts to register the child again, and the "Register" button remains in red.

      Expected Behavior:
      After the child is successfully registered, the system should confirm the registration and disable the "Register" button.

      Actual Behavior:
      The system prompts to register the child again, and the "Register" button remains in red even after a successful registration.
