An issue has been identified on the New Household Registration screen. When a user fills in the Surname field and then deletes the input, attempting to re-enter the surname results in an error. This prevents successful form submission.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Navigate to the New Household Registration screen.
- Enter a value in the Surname field.
- Delete the entered surname.
- Attempt to re-enter a new surname.
- Try to submit the form.
Expected Result:
Users should be able to re-enter the surname after deletion and successfully submit the form.
Actual Result:
An error occurs on re-entry, and the form cannot be submitted.
