A synchronization issue has been observed across multiple modules in the application. The following records are not syncing.

• All Beneficiaries module

• Child Care module – HBYC (Home-Based Young Child Care) records from the Child List are not syncing

• Suspected TB cases module – Records are not syncing

• High Risk Assessment module – Records are not syncing

• Maternal Health module – Records are not syncing

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the application.

1. Navigate to the All Beneficiaries, Child Care, Suspected TB, High Risk Assessment, and Maternal Health modules.

1. In each respective module, check for expected records (especially HBYC in Child List)

Expected Result:
All records from the listed modules should sync properly and be visible in the application.

Actual Result:
Records from multiple modules are not syncing
