ABHA ID Not Visible in Updated Utprerana Application

      I am writing to report a critical issue we are currently encountering with the Utprerana Application.

      Previously, ABHA IDs were successfully created using the earlier version of the application. However, after updating to the latest version from the Play Store, we have noticed that the previously created ABHA IDs are no longer visible or accessible within the app.

      This issue has been specifically observed with the following usernames:

      1. 8812808014
      2. 7576070274
      3. 9859677726

      We request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter, as it is affecting our ability to retrieve and access essential health records.

      Please advise on the necessary steps to recover the missing ABHA IDs. If any additional information or action is required from our side, kindly let us know.
