In Immunization section below 3 changes are required:
1. Search: Implement search records using the child name, Mother name, Mobile number and search using speech to text.
2. *Filter *: Improve the UI of filter by grouping with Icon all these category into a list with single section option (All, Birth Dose, 6 Weeks, 9-12 Months, 5-6 Years, etc) default value is "All"
3. Child card UI: In the Immunization section line listing Child card should show details like, child name, Age, Gender, Mother name, Father name Mobile number, Ben Id, RCH Id.
