Unable to receive second OTP while generating ABHA with a non-Aadhaar linked number.

      When attempting to generate an ABHA ID using a mobile number that is not linked to Aadhaar:

      • The first OTP is received successfully.
      • The second OTP is not received.
      • When trying to resend the OTP, an "Invalid response" error is displayed (as per the attached screenshot).

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Initiate ABHA generation with a mobile number not linked to Aadhaar.
      2. Enter the first OTP received.
      3. Attempt to get the second OTP.
      4. Observe that the OTP is not received.
      5. Click on "Resend OTP" and note the "Invalid response" error.

      Expected Result: The second OTP should be received successfully, and the "Resend OTP" option should work as expected.

      Actual Result: The second OTP is not received, and the "Resend OTP" option shows an "Invalid response" error.
