When attempting to generate an ABHA ID using a mobile number that is not linked to Aadhaar:
- The first OTP is received successfully.
- The second OTP is not received.
- When trying to resend the OTP, an "Invalid response" error is displayed (as per the attached screenshot).
Steps to Reproduce:
- Initiate ABHA generation with a mobile number not linked to Aadhaar.
- Enter the first OTP received.
- Attempt to get the second OTP.
- Observe that the OTP is not received.
- Click on "Resend OTP" and note the "Invalid response" error.
Expected Result: The second OTP should be received successfully, and the "Resend OTP" option should work as expected.
Actual Result: The second OTP is not received, and the "Resend OTP" option shows an "Invalid response" error.
