Requirement:

• A search functionality should be added to the Child Immunization List to allow users to quickly find a beneficiary.
• The search should work based on name, registration ID, or any other unique identifier.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Child Immunization List.
2. Try to find a specific beneficiary.
3. Observe that there is no search option, making it difficult to locate the record.

Expected Result:

• A search bar should be available in the Child Immunization List.
• Users should be able to search beneficiaries by name, registration ID, or other relevant fields.
