We are facing a sync issue in FLW where records are not progressing beyond certain stages. The issue occurs in multiple beneficiary flows as detailed below:

      Scenario 1: Pregnant Women Flow

      • Flow: HH Registration >> Beneficiary Registration >> EC Registration >> EC Tracking >> PW Registration >> ANC Services
      • Issue: From ANC visits, records are not syncing and are not moving further for pregnant women.

      Scenario 2: Other Beneficiary Flows

      (a) Direct Pregnant Women Registration:

      • Flow: HH Registration >> Beneficiary Registration of Direct Pregnant Women >> Rest of the flow
      • Issue: From ANC visits, records are not syncing and are not moving further.

      (b) Postnatal Mother Registration (PNC Services):

      • Flow: HH Registration >> Beneficiary Registration of Postnatal Mother (PNC Services) >> Rest of the flow
      • Issue: After registration, the beneficiary is syncing in registration but is not moving to PNC services.

      (c) Direct Registration of Newborn / Infant / Child / Adolescent:

      • For Infant (1 year):
        • Flow: After registration, the record moves to the child list, but it does not sync further after adding HBYC.
      • For Child (10 years):
        • Flow: After registration, the record syncs from the child module and further syncs to the immunization module.

Expected Result: Records should sync properly and move to the next relevant stage in the workflow.
Actual Result: Records are stuck at various stages and do not sync further.
