• Replace the existing consent text with individual checkboxes.

• • Each key consent statement should be displayed separately with a corresponding checkbox.
• Ensure that all checkboxes must be checked before proceeding.

• • The "Proceed" button should remain disabled until all checkboxes are checked.
  • If any checkbox is left unchecked, an error message should appear prompting the user to complete the consent.
