We are experiencing sync issues in the FLW app across multiple modules, including:

NCD Registration, TB Screening, High-Risk Assessment, Maternal Health (all modules), Child Care

Even though the records are moving, the sync issue persists, Please investigate and resolve the issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the FLW app.
2. Enter data in any of the mentioned modules.
3. Try to sync the records.
4. Observe that the records are moving but the sync issue still appears.

Expected Behavior:
The sync process should complete without errors, and no sync issues should be displayed.

Actual Behavior:
Sync issues appear despite records being transferred.
