As an ASHA worker,
I want the ability to upload the MCP Card during ANC visits and the child’s Birth Certificate during child registration,
So that I can ensure all necessary documents are stored digitally, updated accurately, and easily accessible for future reference.

• MCP Card Upload (ANC Module):

• • Enable ASHA workers to upload the Mother and Child Protection (MCP) Card during ANC visits.
  • Retain only the latest version of the uploaded card, replacing older versions.
  • Include an upload button, a view button, and an indicator to confirm successful uploads.
  • Accepted file formats: JPG, PNG, PDF. Maximum file size: 5 MB.
  • Position the "Upload MCP Card" button below the ANC Period field.
• Birth Certificate Upload (Child Registration Module):

• • Allow users to upload the child’s birth certificate during registration or in later edits.
  • Support uploads for both front and back sides of the certificate.
  • Retain only the latest version, overwriting previous uploads.
  • Include an upload button, a view button, and an indicator to confirm successful uploads.
  • Accepted file formats: JPG, PNG, PDF. Maximum file size: 5 MB.
  • Position the "Upload Birth Certificate" button below the Date of Birth field.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Users can successfully upload files in the specified modules.
• Only the latest file upload is retained, and older versions are replaced.
• Indicators confirm successful uploads.
• Users can view the most recent uploads using the view button.
• File uploads adhere to the allowed file types (JPG, PNG, PDF) and size limit (5 MB).
