Display Correct Baby Order for Single, Twin, and Triplet Births

As an ASHA worker I want the system to display the correct baby order for the mother (e.g., "1st Baby of [Mother's Name]," "2nd Baby of [Mother's Name]"), including cases of twins and triplets.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Single Births:

• • Display "1st Baby of [Mother's Name]," "2nd Baby of [Mother's Name]," etc., based on birth history.

1. Twins:

• • Display sequential orders: "1st Baby of [Mother's Name]," "2nd Baby of [Mother's Name]."

1. Triplets:

• • Display sequential orders: "1st Baby of [Mother's Name]," "2nd Baby of [Mother's Name]," "3rd Baby of [Mother's Name]."
