Activate up-sync process on Internet available and User Logins

      To resolve the issue of up-sync process after analyzing the steps in FLW-142, following steps need to be implemented:
      When there is a Internet available (User come on-line) or every time User Logins:
      Check, if there are any un-sync records then activate up-sync process.

      Currently:
      if User is changed at the time of login at that time the up-sync worker will start.
      and when login need to click sync button or need to update record to start up-sync process.
