Description:
For a beneficiary whose death has already been marked, the beneficiary is still appearing with options such as Start TPT, Add Follow-up, and View Details. These actions should not be available for a deceased beneficiary.

Observation:

In the Vulnerable Population module, the beneficiary card UI is not properly aligned. The View Screen button is overlapping with the Nikshay ID and Mobile Number details. The card layout and spacing need to be properly adjusted for better visibility and readability.
