      Description:
Currently, after filling the CBAC form, multiple HWC Referral pop-ups are displayed for different conditions except Suspected TB. For Suspected TB, the follow-up status is already clearly represented using the button color.

To avoid confusion for end users, the same follow-up status behavior should be implemented for other HWC-referral conditions as well.

      Requirements:

      1. CBAC → HWC Referrals
        • After completing the CBAC form, when a condition is referred to HWC(suspected COPD, suspected NCD, depression, Suspected Leprosy, consulting etc.), the corresponding Start Follow-Up button should be displayed in Red.
        • After completing the follow-up, the button should change to View Follow-Up and be displayed in Green, similar to the existing behavior for Suspected TB.
      1. Multiple Follow-Ups
        • If multiple follow-ups are required for the same beneficiary, provide an Add Follow-Up button in Blue to allow the user to add the next follow-up.
        • Once all required follow-ups are completed, the button should display View Follow-Up in Green.
      1. Leprosy Module
        • For Confirmed Leprosy, the Follow-Up button should initially be displayed in Red.
        • After completing the follow-up, it should change to View Follow-Up and be displayed in Green.
