IFA Bottle Number Field Missing and Displaying Null in Child Under 5 Years

      Description:

      In the Child Under 5 Years module, only the Date of Provision of IFA Bottle field is displayed while entering the details. The Bottle Number field is not available.

      After submitting the form, when the record is viewed again, the Bottle Number field is displayed as null.
