Description:
In the Assess HRPW module, after completing Micro Birth and sharing the report, when navigating back, “No Record Found” is displayed. On navigating back again, the data/count appears after a significant delay.

Suggestion: Inside both modules, the section/heading labels should use proper and consistent names:

• High-Risk NPW
• NPW-Follow-Up
• PW-Follow-Up{}
