Description:
While registering members under an existing HOF, if Father and Mother details are already registered, the application still allows the same beneficiaries to be registered again through their reciprocal relationships, such as Father’s Wife and Mother’s Husband.

This results in duplicate beneficiary records being created for the same individuals. The duplicate records are stored with different Beneficiary IDs and may also have different/duplicate details such as Age and Cataract Surgery status.

Expected Result:
The system should identify that the beneficiary is already registered in the household and should not allow the same person to be registered again through reciprocal relationships. The existing beneficiary record should be mapped/reused instead of creating a duplicate entry.
