Feature: HWC Referral Follow-up — TB Suspected Dynamic Form
Background
When a beneficiary is referred to HWC (Health & Wellness Centre) and the referral type is "TB Suspected", a "Status Follow up" button should appear on the beneficiary's card after referral, allowing the follow-up to be recorded/edited via a dynamic form.
Trigger Condition
- Applicable only when HWC Refer Type = "TB Suspected"
- After referral, show a "Status Follow up" button on the beneficiary card
- Tapping the button opens the follow-up form (editable)

Business Logic
On Submit, route the beneficiary record based on Follow-up Status:

- The "Status Follow up" button on the card should remain available post-submit to allow editing the follow-up details later.
- Form is dynamic — dropdown options should be config-driven (not hardcoded) to allow future addition of statuses without app rebuild.
API Requirement
- Dynamic Form Config API – to fetch the Follow-up Status dropdown options for TB Suspected referral follow-up.
- Save/Update API – to persist beneficiaryId, referralId, followUpDate, followUpStatus, supporting both initial save and edit; and to trigger the correct record routing (TB Screening List / TPT Follow-up / Confirmed TB Cases) based on selected status.
Acceptance Criteria
- "Status Follow up" button appears on the card only for beneficiaries referred with HWC Refer Type = "TB Suspected".
- Tapping the button opens the follow-up form pre-filled with "Referred on" details (read-only).
- Follow-up Date picker enforces date range validation (>= Referred On date, <= today).
- Follow-up Status dropdown shows exactly 3 options: No TPT Required, Recommend for TPT, Recommend for DOTS Treatment.
- On submit:
- "No TPT Required" → record moves to TB Screening List.
- "Recommend for TPT" → record moves to TPT Follow-up section.
- "Recommend for DOTS Treatment" → record moves to Confirmed TB Cases section.
- Follow-up details can be edited later via the same "Status Follow up" button, and re-submission re-triggers correct routing if status is changed.
- Data is saved correctly and retrievable in follow-up history.
- Existing HWC referral follow-up functionality for other refer types remains unaffected.
