Description:
In the FLW Internal Track Pre-Prod build 2.12.1, the previously fixed HBNC issue related to SNCU admission/discharge is not working as expected.

Expected:
The application should first display “Baby admitted in SNCU?” and, only when “Yes” is selected, display “Discharged from SNCU?” as implemented in UAT.

Actual:
In the Pre-Prod Internal Track build 2.12.1, the “Baby admitted in SNCU?” field is not displayed. Only the “Discharged from SNCU?” field is visible.
