      Description: As an ASHA user, I want the NCD count to auto-populate and navigate to the NCD Beneficiary listing for detailed review.
      Acceptance Criteria:

      1. The NCD count updates dynamically from system data.
      2. Clicking the NCD count opens the Beneficiary card line listing with relevant information.
