Overview

Build the Vulnerable Population screen as a flat, patient-wise line listing — structurally the same as the household Members list used in TB Screening, except not grouped by household. Every vulnerable beneficiary appears as its own row/card regardless of household, carrying the same beneficiary details already shown in the Household Members list, plus:

• A risk-factor filter bar (filter beneficiaries by one or more of the 37 risk factors below)
• A "Vulnerability conditions" tag list per beneficiary card, showing which of the 37 risk factors apply to them

Why this ticket

Most of the 37 risk factors have no existing field anywhere in the app today. To power the tag list and filter bar, we need to:

1. Add a new multi-select "Vulnerability / Risk Factor" field on the TB Screening Form for the factors that must be manually captured (23 of 37).
2. Wire up auto-tick logic for factors that can be derived from data already collected elsewhere in the app (9 of 37).
3. Define follow-up/derived logic for factors tied to CBAC or HWC diagnosis workflows (5 of 37, some overlapping with #2).

• [ ] Implement HWC-follow-up-derived tagging for Diabetes and Hypertension based on ASHA follow-up diagnosis selection
• [ ] Implement combined auto + manual logic for Workplace settings (CBAC Part C) and Substance abuse (CBAC Part A alcohol + new IV drug use manual field)
• [ ] Build the Vulnerable Population listing screen: flat, patient-wise (not grouped by household), reusing Household Members list beneficiary card fields
• [ ] Build the risk-factor filter bar (multi-select filter across all 37 risk factors)
• [ ] Build the "Vulnerability conditions" tag list on each beneficiary card, reflecting all applicable ticked factors

Open questions for engineering/design review

• Where exactly in the TB Screening Form UI should the new multi-select "Vulnerability / Risk Factor" field live, and should it be a single combined field or split by clinical vs. occupational vs. social categories?
• Should HWC-follow-up-derived tags (Diabetes, Hypertension) refresh retroactively on the Vulnerable Population screen once a follow-up diagnosis is recorded, or only from that point forward?
