      Summary:
Treatment Start Date is auto-populated with the current date when a patient moves from Presumptive TB to Confirmed TB.

      Description:
When a patient is moved from the Presumptive TB module to the Confirmed TB module, the Treatment Start Date is currently getting automatically populated with today's date.

This is incorrect, as the actual treatment start date may be different from the date on which the patient is moved to the Confirmed TB module.

      Expected Behaviour:

      1. When the patient moves from Presumptive TB → Confirmed TB, the Treatment Start Date should remain blank.
      1. The ASHA should be required to select/enter the actual Treatment Start Date.
      1. The date picker should allow backdated entries up to 1 month (30 days) from the current date.
      1. Future dates should not be selectable.
      1. The system should not auto-populate the current date.

      Example:
If the patient is moved to Confirmed TB on 10 September, the Treatment Start Date should remain blank. The user should be able to select any date from 11 August to 10 September, based on the actual date treatment was started.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      # Acceptance Criteria
1 Treatment Start Date remains blank when transitioning from Presumptive TB to Confirmed TB
2 User can manually select the actual treatment start date
3 Date picker allows selection of dates up to 30 days in the past
4 Future dates are disabled/not selectable
5 Today's date is available for selection but is not auto-populated
6 The selected date is saved correctly against the confirmed TB record
