2.11 Assam Production app, the application crashes when the user clicks on the Delivery Date in the Delivery Outcome module.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the Assam Production app.
2. Navigate to the Delivery Outcome module.
3. Open any delivery outcome record.
4. Click on the Delivery Date.
5. The application crashes.
