Data mismatch and count mismatch issues are being observed. Additionally, after reinstalling the application, data loss is occurring in the Low Birth Weight module. Data registered through Child Registration is also getting removed, and the user is redirected back to Newborn Registration to register again.

This issue is occurring in both applications, Mitanin and Utprerona.
