Records visible in Utprerona application are not getting reflected in the database

      Utprerona Application | Production | Bug 

      Background

      The Assam Operations Team has reported instances where CBAC, Eligible couple and other records appear to have been successfully submitted through the Utprerona application and are visible to the ASHA worker under the beneficiary's profile. However, upon verifying the backend database, the corresponding records are not found.

      Two such cases have been identified.

      Case 1

      ASHA Details

      • ASHA Name: Abida Begum
      • Employee ID: 9864955079

      Beneficiary Details

      • Beneficiary Name: Firuj Ali
      • Beneficiary ID: 738736341717

      Observation

      • CBAC record is visible in the Utprerona application.
      • The application shows the record as "Filled on Thu, Aug 06 2026".
      • However, on verifying the backend database, no corresponding record was found.
      • The latest available CBAC entry for this beneficiary in the database is:
        • Created Date: 16-Aug-2025

      Beneficiary Details

      • Beneficiary Name: Sakina Begum Amin
      • Beneficiary ID: 946247627899

      Observation

      • The Utpreroan application displays a completed CBAC.
      • The application shows the record as "Filled on Fri, Mar 13 2026".
      • Backend verification did not return any corresponding record for this submission.
      • Database query only returns older records and does not contain the latest CBAC entry displayed in the application.

      Case 3 : Multiple ASHA users report synced activities missing from the database

      As of 11-Aug-2026, the Operations Team has reported that multiple ASHA workers have completed and synced activities through the Utprerona application. However, the corresponding records are reportedly not reflecting in the backend database.

      The issue is not limited to CBAC and appears to be affecting multiple modules/activities.

      Impact : Discrepancy in the data reflected on dashbaord. Needs to be taken up on priority since the senior officials are going reviewing this data in the upcoming week.
