• MAA Meeting Module: identified a bug where, after registering a single MAA meeting, the system automatically generates multiple MAA meeting entries for the same date.
• VHSNC Module: I did not find the same behavior. However, users are currently able to manually create and submit multiple VHSNC meeting records for the same date.
