Description:
In the Mitanin / Village Meetings → Cluster Meetings module, the "Select All" checkbox in the Mitanin Activity Checklist is not functioning as expected.

When the user selects the "Select All" option, the checklist items are not selected automatically.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the FLW application.
2. Navigate to Mitanin / Village Meetings → Cluster Meetings.
3. Open or create a Cluster Meeting.
4. Go to the Mitanin Activity Checklist section.
5. Click the "Select All" checkbox.
6. Observe the checklist items.

Actual Result:

• Clicking the "Select All" checkbox does not select all the activity checklist items.

Expected Result:

• When the "Select All" checkbox is selected, all activity checklist items should be selected automatically.
• When unchecked, all selected checklist items should be deselected.
